About The Position
The Loss Prevention Specialist is responsible for investigating and resolving fraud claims involving members of the credit union. This role includes conducting interviews, compiling reports, collaborating with law enforcement, and implementing processes to reduce financial losses. The specialist also provides training to staff and counsels members on proper use of credit union products and services.
