About The Position

Sun Outdoors Ocean City is seeking a Seasonal Loss Prevention Manager to lead safety, security, and guest experience efforts at our premier RV resort. This supervisory role blends park operations, guest services, and loss prevention to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-quality experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Supervision Train, schedule, and supervise a team of Loss Prevention Agents (Security Guards/Park Rangers). Provide ongoing coaching and ensure compliance with resort policies and safety procedures. Partner with the Director of Operations on staffing and scheduling. Guest Services Foster a positive, guest-focused environment throughout the resort. Address and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly. Safety & Compliance Conduct regular property safety inspections (fire safety, emergency preparedness, general compliance). Enforce resort rules (noise, pet, fire safety, etc.). Ensure team readiness for emergency response situations. Administrative Responsibilities Complete and submit reports related to guest/staff injuries, accidents, and property damage. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and compliance matters. Other Duties Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality, campground/RV park, security, law enforcement, or park operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Customer service-driven mindset with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience overseeing staff and managing guest-facing operations strongly preferred.
