About The Position
As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Kwik Trip, you will be responsible for investigating known or suspected internal theft, external theft, and vendor fraud. This role is part of the Enterprise Risk Department, which supports over 800 retail locations in Loss Prevention. The position requires a highly motivated, hard-working individual who is eager to start their career path in this field. Regular tasks include analyzing shrink reports and inventory audits to identify areas of loss, conducting investigations into losses at retail, consulting with law enforcement, completing case reports, assisting with theft investigations, conducting CCTV video research, and communicating Loss Prevention policies to all stores and departments.
