About The Position
The Loss Mitigation Specialist at Flat Branch Home Loans is responsible for auditing and reviewing past due mortgage loans across all stages of delinquency to ensure compliance with government, investor, and client guidelines. This hybrid position also involves training and supporting staff in the Default department, while actively engaging in efforts to prevent foreclosure through various financial solutions.
