The Residential Services Loss Mitigation Specialist is a liaison who plays a critical role in safeguarding financial integrity across Texas communities by leading fraud prevention initiatives, supporting delinquency and legal processes, and partnering with onsite teams, Customer Care Center, AvalonBay Legal and external legal support & agencies. This role ensures consistent application of policies, timely legal action, and strategic reduction of bad debt through proactive monitoring, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
