About The Position

ReSource Pro is looking for experienced Loss Control Surveyors to join ReSource Pro's team of auditors and surveyors. Please note this is a 1099/contract position. The Loss Control Surveyor will complete and submit loss control survey reports to ReSource Pro. The process of completing the report involves setting an appointment with the policyholder, conducting an interview to verify operations, photographing the property, and identifying any hazards. The Loss Control Surveyor will then write up the report on the provided web-based system and submit it to ReSource Pro for quality assurance and processing. This position is based in Miami, FL with the occasional visits to remote areas.

Requirements

Ability to take occasional trips to more remote areas in Miami, FL.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Computer: preferably laptop, with high-speed internet access (Microsoft Windows operating system, or Mac with a Windows virtual machine installed.)
Measurement device.
Digital camera or cell phone capable of taking pictures.
Strong commitment to superior service.
Strong sense of self-motivation and self-discipline.
Superior organizational, time management and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present to both technical and non-technical audiences; interacts tactfully and effectively in difficult situations.
Represent ReSource Pro when on job sites in a positive and professional manner
Able to adjust to new situations and changing priorities.
Develops a high degree of trust through demonstrated personal integrity and ethical behavior.
