Capstone Search Group is seeking a Loss Control Representative to join our dynamic team in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The Loss Control Representative will be responsible for performing loss control services aimed at improving loss experience across the entire regional territory. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients are well-informed and equipped to manage their risks effectively. In this position, the Loss Control Representative will conduct thorough inspections of insured or potential insured premises to identify exposures to loss. The representative will analyze these exposures and recommend measures to reduce or mitigate risks. Additionally, the role involves conducting training sessions for the employees of insured clients, focusing on strategies to reduce and eliminate exposures to loss. This includes developing and implementing written safety programs and providing loss control materials. Furthermore, the representative will also conduct training for company underwriting and claims staff to enhance their understanding of various exposures to loss, ensuring a comprehensive approach to risk management.
