The Loss Control Representative I is responsible for identifying and mitigating risk exposures for insureds under the supervision of Loss Control management. This role involves assessing commercial auto risks, enhancing relationships with agency partners, and providing value-added services to customers. The representative will also manage customized loss control services, create and review reports, and leverage technology to assist insureds in reducing loss, all while maintaining high customer retention and managing expenses effectively.
