We are currently seeking a Client Advisor to join our team in Manhasset, New York. This role is pivotal to the success of our store, as it involves driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury products, a knack for building client relationships, and the ability to curate elevated shopping experiences that align with our business objectives. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for exceeding personal sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the store. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to facilitate the sales process effectively. Collaboration with fellow team members is essential to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial, as you will follow up on purchases and provide after-sales support. Additionally, you will collect and update client information to enhance future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences. Your role will also involve actively engaging with clients to promote products, provide personalized assistance, and drive sales growth. You will oversee the maintenance of store displays to ensure they align with our visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance. Identifying key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies will also be part of your responsibilities.
