In this role, you will follow established safe work practices to ensure a safe working environment. Your responsibilities will include rebuilding looms needed for repairs, making changes such as kit changes for the number of spaces, and rebuilding looms as needed for pattern or style changes. You will also make necessary adjustments or repairs to start up new patterns to ensure quality, assist other fixers as needed for major breakdowns, fill in for fixers as needed, help maintain housekeeping, and perform all other duties assigned.
