Responsibilities

• Perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry tasks.
• Collaborate closely with customers to address and improve quality issues.
• Ensure all teams within the assigned location(s) are operating according to standards and requirements, including safety.
• Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures relevant to the project.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Serve as interim acting job leader when project supervisor is unavailable.
• Inspect parts.
• Lead the work of other team members.
• Ensure all team members have proper equipment, tools, and gauges; verify that equipment is signed out.
• Communicate with customer/job site contacts as needed on job requirements.
• Complete required paperwork as needed for the duration and completion of a project.
• Complete required training classes.
• Follow all employee policies and other duties as assigned.
