About The Position
Irontown Modular is looking for individuals ready to learn and grow with our company. This is a full-time position available for candidates with 4+ years of experience. We focus on single and multi-family high-quality modular homes with a strong emphasis on sustainability and energy-efficient building. Candidates must be able to work well with others on a fast-paced crew and must have their own bags and hand tools. The work environment is in our Factory, where you won't have to deal with extreme weather conditions, and you won't need to travel from site to site. We guarantee at least 40 hours of work per week, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, allowing for 3-day weekends to work on personal projects or spend time with family.
