About The Position

The Phoenix Sperm Bank is seeking new donors to assist infertility patients and LGBTQIA clients in starting families. This role involves making donations to help individuals and couples achieve their parenting goals, with a commitment to the program for at least six months.

Requirements

• Must be between 18-39 years old.
• Must have a college degree preferred, but students and working professionals are welcome.
• Must commit to the program for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Make sperm donations up to three times per week.
• Participate in free genetic testing for 514 different genetic conditions.
• Attend free health exams as required.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate donation times.
