About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required).
• Teaching certification or licensure (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher to deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the school's curriculum.
• Modify and adapt teaching strategies to accommodate students' individual needs and learning differences.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and productive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Provide guidance and support to students, ensuring they remain on track academically and emotionally during the teacher's absence.
• Communicate effectively with school administrators, fellow teachers, and parents to support student success.
• Track attendance, document student progress, and complete necessary administrative tasks.
• Assume additional responsibilities as needed to support the school's operations.
