The Long Term Substitute Special Education Teacher will be responsible for providing explicit interventions for students identified with special needs in the intensive SEBS program. The servicing of these students will take place in a substantially sub separate classroom. The Special Education teacher is responsible for a caseload of students and will be responsible for updating the IEP, writing progress notes and providing general case management. The applicant will need good communication skills as they will be communicating with teachers, parents and other service providers.
