About The Position

This is a long term substitute position to fill in for a Reading Teacher who will be on a leave of absence. Requirements

  • Experience supporting students in need of reading support at the elementary school level.

Nice To Haves

  • K-12 Reading License
  • Orton Gillingham or Wilson Certification
  • Familiarity with other reading programs

Responsibilities

  • Working with students in need of reading intervention services in grades K-5 in a push in and/or pull out setting; either 1:1 or in small groups.
  • Support students in the classroom
  • Work in collaboration with classroom teachers and special educators.
