Long-Term Substitute Grade 4 Teacher
About The Position
The successful candidate will teach Grade 4. The position requires that the individual hired must have knowledge of the developmental level of grade 4 students and the pedagogy required to implement academic programs. Candidate will coordinate efforts with specialists assigned to provide additional specific services; confer with parents to promote better understanding of the pupil and his/her environment; assist and guide ancillary personnel; attend meetings and prepare and maintain all related records and reports reflecting activities as required or directed. Perform other duties as directed or as responsibilities necessitate.
Requirements
- Massachusetts DESE teacher licensure in Elementary Education is required
- Knowledge of the developmental level of grade 4 students and the pedagogy required to implement academic programs
