About The Position

The Long Term Substitute Elementary Art Teacher will be responsible for teaching art classes at Amelia Elementary for four days a week and at Clough Pike Elementary for one day a week. This position is a full-time role that is expected to last for approximately 6 to 8 weeks, starting around January 21, 2025. The teacher will engage students in creative art projects and foster a love for the arts in a supportive classroom environment.

Requirements

• Valid teaching certification in Art Education or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with elementary school students in an art education setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach art classes to elementary students at Amelia Elementary and Clough Pike Elementary.
