About The Position

The Long Term Service Agreement Sales Manager is responsible for developing deal strategies, creating proposals, leading negotiations, and closing opportunities for Long Term Service Programs (LTSPs) for Mitsubishi projects in the Americas. This includes both Mitsubishi and other-OEM gas turbines, generators, and steam turbines. The position acts as the sales lead for assigned opportunities and coordinates with Legal, Operations, and HQ teams to ensure alignment across all business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales or contract negotiation within the power generation or energy industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and close LTSA or similar service agreements.
  • Strong understanding of turbine services, including gas, steam, and generator systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and customer negotiations.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred).
  • Familiarity with Mitsubishi equipment and systems.
  • Experience working with HQ coordination and international customers.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute deal strategies for LTSPs within assigned regions or accounts.
  • Prepare proposals and manage customer communications through the negotiation and closing stages.
  • Lead coordination with Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure deal alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue opportunities for Mitsubishi and other-OEM turbine services.
  • Manage all aspects of the LTSP sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract execution.
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Represent Mitsubishi Power at client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales and proposal processes to enhance efficiency and customer responsiveness.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and approval requirements throughout the sales process.
