About The Position

A long-term care facility located north of Great Bend, KS is seeking a Long term care Supervisor to join their management team! This is a full-time, direct hire position with a schedule of Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. The setting is within the long-term care department, and some call is required.

Requirements

• RN license
• 2+ years of RN experience required
• 2+ years of Nurse Management in an LTC setting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work closely with DON and facility management to support safe and efficient care coordination, patient flow, and ongoing quality improvement.
• Demonstrate positive, supportive, and caring behaviors in communication with patients/residents, families, visitors, physicians, staff, and all others.
• Handle scheduling, risk management, and additional administrative tasks for the LTC Unit.
• Manage the nursing budget and approve invoices pertaining to staff contracts and approved expenses necessary to sustain operations.
