About The Position

Ocean Spray is seeking Seasonal General Workers for the September to November 2024 Harvest Season at our Long Beach, WA facility. This role involves various tasks within the facility, contributing to the production and processing of cranberry products. Employees will work in a team-oriented environment, adhering to safety and manufacturing practices while performing essential duties such as grading, sorting, and packaging products.

Requirements

• Willingness to work variable day shifts.
• Ability to adhere to good manufacturing, safety, and environmental practices.
• Capability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Ability to keep accurate records.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab work, or scale operation is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift certification or experience.
• Lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a variety of positions within the facility as needed.
• Grade, sort, and weigh cranberry products as a Lab Worker.
• Assemble totes as a Box Builder.
• Inspect and prepare totes for fruit as an Inspector.
• Fill totes with fruit at the Binning Station as an Operator.
• Move totes as a Forklift Driver.
• Perform general labor tasks.
