About The Position

This position will involve assisting in the day-to-day long bar activities, analyzing data and information, and having the ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work effectively with or without direct supervision as well as independently or in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• 2 years experience in either shift lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of the department staff including safety, attendance, and recommendation of corrective action.
• Explain and demonstrate inspection procedures to staff.
• Assigns experienced staff to assist in training new workers.
• Conduct periodic inventories and cycle counts.
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing work orders/tooling.
• Other duties as needed.
