Requirements

• Valid forklift license and certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated experience with forklifts and material handling systems.
• Detail orientation and an unwavering commitment to safety.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
• Reliable communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects when needed.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move, stage, and store products with accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks; confirm counts for proper inventory management.
• Help design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
• Perform regular forklift inspections and flag maintenance needs.
• Work side-by-side with teammates to meet daily throughput targets.
• Follow safety policies to protect yourself, your team, and our equipment.
• Participate in training to build material handling and safety knowledge.
• Use a yard dog (yard tractor) to maneuver trailers around our property safely.
