About The Position

Summary: Dreisilker Electric Motors is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Logistics & Warehouse Driver Associate to support our daily warehouse operations and local deliveries. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and being a key part of keeping operations running smoothly. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory, as well as delivering motors and materials to customers, vendors, and company locations. Driving & Delivery Functions Pick up and deliver motors, parts, and materials to and from customers, suppliers, and company locations Load, unload, pad, stack, and secure materials on trucks using proper equipment (dollies, forklifts, overhead crane, etc.) Ensure accurate documentation and obtain customer/supplier signatures for deliveries and pickups Photograph motors and equipment when picking up from customers as required Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using GPS and maps Comply with all DOT, safety, and company driving requirements Warehouse & Logistics Functions Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Organize inventory locations and maintain accurate part identification Assist with cycle counts and inventory distribution to branch locations Crate motors and prepare shipments for delivery Apply postage and assist with daily outgoing shipments Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment Support daily shop operations including staging motors, parts distribution, and housekeeping Operate cardboard baler and maintain general warehouse cleanliness Learn and utilize shipping software and carrier systems

Requirements

  • 2-3 yrs. Experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper lifting equipment and technique
  • Valid Class B CDL w/ Medical Certification required
  • Fork Lift experience required

Responsibilities
