Counts Par locations, unit storage rooms or other supply locations specific to area covering if applicable. Picks supplies accurately from inventory according to pick ticket. Meets quality and efficiency requirements as defined by department. Packs, lifts and package supplies according to requirements. Stage and prepare products for shipping. Stocks, rotates supplies and checks expiration dates in assigned locations, including nurse servers and medication rooms. Accurately records all transactions to/from inventory using defined processes and systems. Accurately logs and delivers supplies as required. Educates customers regarding supply chain functions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. If the position involves Courier or driving duties, then the applicant must meet the requirements of the Munson Driver Safety policy: All employees who drive MHC vehicles or regularly drive personal vehicles on MHC business are responsible to learn and comply with all of the Driver Safety Policy elements applicable to their work. Support MHC in providing a safe place to work, and to protect themselves, co-workers, patients, and the general public against injuries and property damage. Employees are to operate their vehicle in accordance with this Driver Safety Policy, using defensive driving techniques, and in accordance with State laws. Employees are to report all safety hazards, including unsafe vehicle conditions, to their supervisor and are to take all necessary actions to establish an immediate, temporary control of the hazard until permanent control can be established. Employees are to immediately report all vehicle accidents or incidents occurring on the job to their supervisor. Employees are to cooperate and assist in the investigation of all accidents or incidents. Employees are to immediately report all moving violations received on the job or off the job to their supervisor. Employees who are issued an MHC gasoline credit card are to keep the card secured at all times, use only for authorized purchases, and report immediately if the card is misplaced or stolen. Possess and maintain a valid, current driver's license for the State of Michigan. A Driving Record Report with a combination of moving violations and/or accidents which do not exceed the Driving Record Review Criteria as specified in this Driver Safety Policy. Driving records will be reviewed at least annually for acceptable performance in accordance with the Driving Record Review Criteria. Annually take HealthStream course reviewing defensive/safe driving techniques and pass the associated quiz.
