About The Position

The Logistic Technician plays a crucial role in the revenue cycle team by gathering and verifying demographic and insurance information from patients at the time of service. This position ensures the accuracy of information to facilitate prompt billing of insurance claims and provides financial counseling to customers regarding their responsibilities to Holy Cross Hospital.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of typing experience preferred.
• Some computer experience desired.
• Minimum of two years in a healthcare-related field.
