Requirements

• 1+ year of delivery driving experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce CRM a plus.
• Active state-issued driver's license and maintained clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle to utilize for marketing events.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
• Spanish proficiency a plus.
• Must obtain state required permits, licenses, and/or certifications.
• ServSafe Food Handler’s Card preferred.
• Willing to submit to a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
• State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader within the Logistic Support team as well as an active driver.
• Maintain positive customer relations and represent the Wyld brand.
• Provide direct support to Wyld’s clients and customers.
• Ensure strong ties with customers by timely delivering Wyld products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships while at accounts.
• Communicate account-related items to the sales team when in the field.
• Be a subject matter expert on company background and provide training on product knowledge.
• Support Logistics Managers with creation and communication of routes, schedules for deliveries, payment picks, ERP processes and education sessions.
• Assist in event planning, scheduling, management and CRM processes.
• Maintain relationships and communication with 3rd party route providers.
• Support the team operation if the Logistics Manager is out of the office.
• Alternate weekend and evening coverage with Managers.
• Assist with onboarding and training as needed.
• Complete and report on market intel.
• Oversee and manage inventory of event stock including swag, unmedicated sample supplies, collateral and other items.
• Execute administrative responsibilities including daily reporting into CRM, mileage and expense reporting.
• Provide support with fulfillment and inventory related activities.
