About The Position

Our Hoosier location in Lakeville, IN is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Support Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistics operations, with a focus on track services, warehouse, and apparel/marketing department coordination. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Assisting in the coordination of logistics activities for the track services team, including inventory management and pre- and post-event logistics support. Assisting in providing data related to logistics activities. Support apparel and warehouse operations by facilitating shipping and receiving processes, including labeling, staging, and coordinating carrier pickups (e.g., FedEx) as part of standard warehouse processes. Provide distribution and shipping support for apparel and select marketing-related fulfillment activities, without ownership of planning. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Perform tire adjustments as needed to support operations. Conduct monthly inspections of fire extinguishers and first aid kits; replenish supplies as required. Serve as an active member of the Safety Committee. Facilitate forklift operator training and re-certification in compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Act as a backup Group Leader (GL), supporting team coordination, daily operations, and workflow continuity as needed. NOTE: May not be inclusive of all work required and may be updated as needed.

Requirements

  • Warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience in logistics, track service & warehouse operations, or apparel coordination is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow instructions written in standard English.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, climb, squat, crawl, reach, and twist frequently.
  • Ability to lift 20-75 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 100 lbs. plus (with assistance).
  • Must be able to work overtime, as needed.
  • Must be mule and forklift certified
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job posting.
