BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team of professionals as a Compass Call Supply Specialist. The Supply Specialist will support the Compass Call program procurement and management of Government furnished equipment. The candidate will also support Flight line and Back shop operations at multiple locations, during training and test. Additional responsibilities include the following: Provide support for Government audits/inventories Coordinate with Government personnel on all CC shipping and receiving requirements. Mains local and offsite program inventories, to include Component Repair Services Bench Stock. Initiate, order and track supply requisitions and materials. Conduct inventory and inspections of equipment for condition, serviceability, and accountability. Candidate may be required to support 1st, 2nd or 3rd or weekend shifts, to support site OPTEMPO. Deployment events will range from one to twelve consecutive weeks at a time and will be travel to both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site.
Requirements
- 4 or more years of related work experience
- Knowledgeable in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill sets
- Active Secret clearance
Nice To Haves
- 5 or more years of experience in Compass Call supply system
- Experience with Big Safari Inventory System
- Working Knowledge of TCMax Asset Management Suite
- Hazardous Material shipping experience
Responsibilities
