About The Position
The Logistics (Supply Chain) Co-op Program at TJX Companies is designed for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of supply chain and logistics. This program runs from July to December 2025 and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various teams within the Supply Chain & Logistics departments. Participants will engage in a collaborative and challenging environment, where they will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the business while developing their professional skills. The program emphasizes discovery and growth, encouraging co-op students to explore different aspects of supply chain management and logistics operations. During the co-op, students will work closely with teams focused on business enablement, strategy and analytics, inbound and outbound transportation, and carrier and 3PL management. Each team plays a crucial role in ensuring that merchandise is delivered to stores efficiently and cost-effectively. Co-op students will have the opportunity to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze data to support strategic initiatives, manage transportation logistics, and negotiate with carriers to optimize supply chain operations. This hands-on experience will not only enhance their understanding of supply chain processes but also prepare them for future career opportunities within TJX. The program also fosters an inclusive culture where all associates feel welcome and valued. Co-op students will participate in volunteer and networking events, gaining exposure to the company’s commitment to diversity and community engagement.
