About The Position

We’re looking for a Logistics Supervisor to lead and coordinate material flow in a fast-paced, Just-in-Time/Just-in-Sequence production environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll ensure 100% on-time delivery, optimize inventory, and drive operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Grade 12) required; Post-secondary in a related field preferred.
• 3+ years in materials/logistics roles; supervisory experience in JIT/JIS environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• APICS/PMAC training, knowledge of MRO, Tier 1 experience a plus.
• English required; Spanish or German a plus.
• Forklift operation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• APICS/PMAC training, knowledge of MRO, Tier 1 experience a plus.
• Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee incoming goods, storage, and material supply to production lines.
• Train and manage Material Handlers and Forklift Operators.
• Ensure timely provision of parts and containers for assembly.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, including customs documentation.
• Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and safety standards.
• Lead audits, inventory checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR on personnel matters and team development.
