This position performs work requiring advanced knowledge and experience related to logistics, customer service, government property accountability, and government Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract support. The Warehouse Supervisor is a working supervisor, flexible, able to adapt to change, must have a servant leadership mindset, intellectual in nature, and able to routinely exercise discretion and judgment to fulfill operational requirements. The Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Site Logistics Manager for daily operational planning and execution. This position requires the flexibility and performance of a multitude of Integrated Logistics Support functions related to customer service, shipping/receiving, stock item management, and material handling. Candidates for this position must be comfortable working within a secured government facility and the handling, management, and transfer of classified materials.

Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and six (6) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
• Must possess a clearance at the TS/SCI access level, and have favorably completed a government issued polygraph.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license, and either possess or be able to obtain a Government driver's license.
• Be able to pass forklift training to obtain a Forklift Operator's certificate.
• Possess or be able to obtain Hazardous Material Preparers Certification.
• Capable of lifting 40lbs. and be able to use hand/power tools as required.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent, however four (4) year accredited degree or global equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with the following manuals; Milair - Afman 24-204, Intl Comm Air - IATA, US all means - CFR49, and Intl Comm Sea - IMDG.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, write, and speak).
• Experience should be primarily in the area of material management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs.
• Willing to learn.
• Good decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• General understanding of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS) and import/export compliance.
• General computer knowledge.
