About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support all aspects of logistics for MCM. This role involves inventory management, distribution, international inbound control, and working closely with various teams such as wholesale, e-commerce, and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess experience in inventory control, data analysis, and cost-saving initiatives. SAP experience is a plus.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels and accuracy within the warehouse, ensuring timely updates and tracking of stock.
Distribution Management: Oversee both inbound and outbound logistics for the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient distribution processes.
International Inbound Controls: Coordinate and monitor international inventory shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and timely delivery.
EDI Analysis: Utilize Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to track inventory movements, troubleshoot discrepancies, and enhance overall efficiency.
Collaboration with Wholesale Team: Partner closely with the wholesale team to manage inventory distribution and ensure accurate fulfillment of wholesale orders.
E-commerce & Customer Service Fulfillment: Work with the e-commerce and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment processes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Return Controls: Handle returns for e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels, implementing processes to minimize losses and maintain inventory accuracy.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate and analyze logistics data reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
Cost-Saving Analysis: Conduct cost-saving analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and reduce overall logistics costs.
Drop Shipment Management: Manage drop shipments for department store orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
