As a Logistics Specialist ,you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate product handling, shipment preparation, and inventory control. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with customer specifications and operational standards.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 3–5 years preferred in data entry, inventory control, and physical inventory counting.
Strong attention to detail in busy work environments.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to walk, lift, bend, sit, and/or stand throughout an eight- to ten-hour day.
Consistent ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.
Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Prepare shipments by staging, packing, protecting, and labeling containers according to detailed specifications.
Generate material certifications and required documentation per customer requirements.
Maintain raw material traceability and shipping records.
Ensure inventory accuracy by labeling and placing items in stock.
Document and report stock transactions and shortages.
Monitor supplies necessary for shipping and stocking areas.
Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.
Safely operate ladders, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.
Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform overhead lifting as required.
Stand throughout an eight-hour shift while maintaining focus and accuracy.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Maintain proficiency in completing duties of an Inventory Clerk when required.
