About The Position

Job Summary: The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating, processing, and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, including hazardous materials and international orders. This is an hourly position with standard on-site hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST. Flexibility may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis. The role is based out of the Rogers, MN office. What you'll be doing: Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and carrier documentation. Assign and maintain accurate HTS codes for exported products. Coordinate with freight forwarders, custom brokers, and international carriers. Receive incoming deliveries of material, components, and supplies from both domestic and international sources. Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy and completeness. Report any discrepancies to the Purchasing Department. Enter received goods into ERP system and label materials as required. Request and provide delivery cost estimates. How you'll have success: Experience with international shipping and customs clearance. Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation. Working knowledge of Incoterms and freight regulations. Experience shipping hazardous material and labeling/documenting shipments accordingly. Experience with UPS, FedEx, and LTL domestic and international shipping processes. Hazmat Certified. Shipping/Receiving Hazardous Materials. IATA Certified. Shipping Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials by Air. Forklift Experience/Certified (Preferred) Compensation Information: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour based on experience and education.
