SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES A logistics specialist is responsible for the oversight of the life cycle of products, including preparation, shipping, and receiving. Aids with maintaining logistics planning tasks. Prepares incoming and outgoing mail for proper distribution, including weighing packages or letters and computing appropriate charges using provided postage equipment. Duties include opening, sorting, and routing all incoming mail to the intended recipient while maintaining necessary records. Maintains operation center supplies. Prepare reports for inventory and distribution. Additional responsibilities are outlined below.
