About The Position

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory, and order operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination, inventory control, backorder management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams, customers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, and cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with international shipping and trade compliance
Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with SAP, Cargowise, Airtable software

Responsibilities

Coordinate outbound shipments, provide shipment notifications, track deliveries, and obtain PODs.
Investigate and resolve transit issues including delays, damage, and missing items.
Monitor inbound air and ocean shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and arrange timely pickup and delivery.
Coordinate cross-border shipments and required documentation.
Manage backorders, track ETAs, and coordinate fulfillment once materials are available.
Perform inventory reviews, identify variances, and provide corrective action plans.
Coordinate commissioning and rework project spare parts deliveries aligned with project schedules.
Arrange special loading equipment and container returns as required.
Maintain accurate records in Airtable and related systems.
Prepare weekly and monthly operational and inventory reports.
Respond to internal and external inquiries related to orders, inventory, and deliveries.
