We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to serve as a key supporting member of our operations team. As we continue to expand into new markets and retail partnerships, this role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence across all order-to-cash activities. This individual contributor role is focused on monitoring order fulfillment performance, ensuring SLAs are met, resolving exceptions, and conducting root cause analyses to prevent future disruptions.
