About The Position
As a member of the FlexCold team, the Logistics Specialist is responsible for providing the administrative and clerical support to the traffic, orders, and allocation functions. They will be responsible for all aspects of routing, shipping, logging, and tracking of inbound/outbound orders. Additionally, they will perform customer service duties such as processing inbound/outbound orders, tracking inventory availability, and handling customer concerns in a prompt, courteous and timely manner.
