Our newly opened Customer Experience Center (WEC) in Coppell, Texas, is a flagship facility designed to elevate customer interactions by combining dynamic live demonstrations, hands-on training, equipment showcases, and integrated support functions under one roof. The WEC functions not only as a center for brand immersion and culinary excellence, but also as a vital logistics and distribution hub supporting our customers and sales teams across North America. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate shipping and scheduling with transport carriers, support warehouse operations, and provide customer service. This role will also research and resolve order discrepancies to ensure on-time shipping.
