Our Raytheon Logistics organization is looking for an independent, self-motivated Program Planning Lead/Coordinator located at the Merrimack, NH facility.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment when required
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the flow of goods and services to meet customer and Program Management Office (PMO) schedule requirements.
  • In the absence of the planning lead, be the logistics point of contact for the program customer and the program office for the purpose of addressing program logistic status, issues and concerns.
  • Support the daily logistics requirements and requests of their respective program (s) to include the creation of activity logs in ALCS and may include providing and working with Program leads, quality, warehouse and other support requirements for the purpose of meeting program schedules and objectives to include contractual sell off requirements with Quality and DCMA.
  • Attend program related meetings and support the collection of data and metrics to aid in logistics budget and EAC analysis.
  • Work independently on moderately complex problems with moderate oversight and direction to facilitate their program requirement activities.
  • Priorities may require overtime to accomplish the task
