About The Position

V2X is seeking a logistics professional to provide specialized administrative support to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Property Management Division (SIOP) Total Asset Management (TAM) effort involving all NGA Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E). The position is located at NGA Campus East located at Fort Belvoir North Area (FBNA), Springfield, VA. The qualified candidate shall support development of Agency-level logistics policies and processes for personal and real property management. This includes the provision of project management expertise in management and valuation practices within the Federal Government, to include construction, software development, and cost accumulation within automated systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current TS/SCI clearance.
• 7-10 Years’ experience in logistical operations and/or supply-chain management.
• Experience in Government property management.

Responsibilities

• Perform logistics life cycle management support activities for all asset classes, including IT hardware, IT systems and software.
• Monitor and manage NGA property accountability programs in accordance with Department of Defense, NGA and other authoritative guidance.
• Provide technical property accountability expertise supporting the TAM Program.
• Monitor and manage property accountability programs and provide cost analyses, status reports and recommendations for decisions.
• Provide TAM Asset Record Operations and Maintenance.
• Support the resolution of NGA’s PP&E corrective action plan.
• Administer the Asset Record Due-In process.
• Monitor property purchased by contracts, MIPRs, GFP, or miscellaneous obligations/reimbursement documentation.
• Track and ensure all Due-in processing is within five working days of receipt and acceptance.
• Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all receiving assets.
• Request, collect, and prepare Capitalized Asset Packages.
• Support NGAs 291 displaced locations around the globe in regards to receiving, inventory, and disposal actions.
• Create Change Request in PeopleSoft per PMO Request.
• Conduct IT Hardware Research and Due-In Reconciliation.
• Create Valuation Packages for Audit Remediation.
• Create and maintain asset records in the PeopleSoft TAM System.
• Facilitate Asset Transfers as requested.
• Assist in the creation of reporting and metrics.
• Maintain Accountable Property records and supporting documentation transaction history files.
• Provide technical expertise for TAM Asset Record Reporting and Reconciliation.
• Conduct data maintenance and reconciliation of asset records and related financial information.
• Prepare PeopleSoft TAM System reports.
• Administer Asset Delivery Report processing.
• Reconcile PeopleSoft TAM assets records with NGA’s Configuration Management tool Service+.
• Monitor corrective action completion status, develop test plans, and procedures to assess design and effectiveness of business processes and controls.
• Reconcile PP&E Financial Reporting with PeopleSoft TAM Asset Records.
• Track all government property with the PeopleSoft property system.
• Perform budget and cost analysis functions in support of SIOP business operations.
• Review capital assets support documentation and ensure proper recording of information in the PeopleSoft property system.
• Review all contracts that have Government Furnished Property to reflect proper property clauses.
