Logistics Specialist I
About The Position
New Eagle is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our Distribution team as a Logistics Specialist I. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and accurate transportation of products to our customers and the receipt of product from our suppliers. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by supporting on-time shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and minimizing shipping errors or damage. The ideal candidate is proactive and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).

Responsibilities
- Process and ship multiple packages daily using various carriers, both domestically and internationally.
- Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation for domestic and international shipments.
- Utilize customer portals to coordinate and track shipments across multiple accounts.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance metrics.
- Review inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Perform light assembly tasks, including kitting, labeling, and basic programming of components.
- Support physical inventory audits and cycle count activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
