About The Position
This position is responsible for providing systems configuration and administration support to the logistics group for specific TMS (MercuryGate), FM, IM (PDI), BI (Microsoft Power BI), Incident tracker tools. The role involves performing SaaS system administration and configurations on a routine basis for existing and new customer implementations, collaborating with KAG Logistics operations internally and externally with customers and other service providers that are part of a logistics solution, and completing project assignments and deliverables as assigned. The position also requires efficient communication with internal IT services and outside IT vendors, designing and documenting business process solutions, implementing business solutions, ensuring quality of solution during the transition to operations team, demoing system solutions, providing process documentation, and performing train the trainer activities when necessary. Additionally, the role may involve providing presales consultative support and requires the ability to travel on a project-by-project basis.
