About The Position

What You'll Be Doing: Establishing common goals, governance, and decision-making framework Leading and managing the internal manufacturing ERP launch Ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors This role will provide risk mitigation for a high-impact program including: Implementing a structured program methodology Identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and change-management risks Maintaining rigorous oversight on scope, schedule, and quality Serving as an executive point of escalation Provide technical and operational expertise to support current and future operations Ensure manufacturing and supply chain best practices are designed into the ERP configuration Validate that system capabilities meet industry-specific needs (traceability, serialization, forecasting, etc.) Oversee integration with MES, PLM, SCM, and customer portals This role will provide organizational change leadership: Lead change-management strategy, communication, and training Champion new processes and behaviors Support leaders and teams in the transition to standardized workflows The director role will maximize ROI and long-term value of the ERP implementation by ensuring: Realization of operational performance improvements Alignment of ERP capabilities to financial and customer outcomes Continuous optimization post-go-live

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.
