Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting.
• 2+ years of finance and accounting experience (supply chain exposure a plus).
• Strong systems expertise — SAP experience preferred.
• Analytical strength to break down complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
• A collaborative approach, with proven ability to influence partners across levels and functions.
• Excitement for digital tools and automation to transform finance ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Logistics leadership to deliver sustainable cost savings and shape network transformation.
• Provide financial insights that guide critical business cases and investment decisions.
• Lead elements of the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring plans reflect both risks and opportunities.
• Strengthen Diageo’s control and compliance framework while simplifying reporting through digital tools and automation.
• Act as a trusted advisor, connecting transactional details to the big picture to unlock better decisions.
