About The Position

The Logistics Scheduler will assist Operations with overseeing the implementation and execution of daily schedules and routes. This position will assist with planning and dispatching delivery, strike and service routes for the various operational departments. The ideal candidate will be customer service centric and have knowledge of logistical flow, scheduling and sub rental systems and processes. The applicant will apply tactics, and use information and resources to maximize the executions of each event or service. The position will be required to answer phone calls.

Requirements

  • Hands on approach to help direct and coordinate operations with emphasis on accuracy and financial thoroughness
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays to meets operational needs
  • Basic understanding of safe work practices, regulations and company policies

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with all Operational associates on scheduling
  • Maximize delivery schedules to increase productivity
  • Utilize rental software for route development and deployment
  • Identify and resolve challenges as part of a team and offer suggestions for improvement
  • Adherence to policies and procedures to drive efficiencies
  • Oversee production schedules and time lines based on logistical needs
  • Communicate feedback to Operations and Leadership team
  • Communicate with operations associates via email, text, phone or in person
  • Align vehicles, trailers, and other equipment and associates to achieve productive on time deliveries of services
  • Use technology to assist operations with daily, weekly, and monthly planning and forecasting
  • Ensure all paperwork has been completed and turned in to Client Support Services for timely invoicing
  • Send out daily rout schedules while adapting to any daily operational change
