About The Position
As a Logistics Quality Control Data Analyst at ByteDance, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain processes. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze logistics performance and identify areas for improvement through collaborative construction and data system development. This involves monitoring and improving service vendors' performance, ensuring that our operations management procedures are robust and that key metrics are established for daily monitoring. You will be tasked with continuously improving performance management metrics to drive operational excellence. In this role, you will monitor logistics operation performance on a weekly and bi-monthly basis, utilizing statistical techniques to analyze results and provide ongoing maintenance and improvements. You will also be responsible for auditing and analyzing logistic performance issues, producing root cause analyses, and developing value-added short and long-term solutions. Setting target expectations and actively managing diagnostics of logistics performance will be crucial, as you will identify the most critical issues for the business and provide insights for operational optimization. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build self-serve data analysis solutions, ensuring that our logistics operations are not only efficient but also innovative.
