About The Position

Provides logistical, administrative, and quality control support to the field team. Ensures all test results, consumables, and reports are properly documented and closed out for billing and customer delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years in telecom, logistics, or field operations support
• Proficient in Excel, SharePoint, and OTDR report formats
• Strong attention to detail and documentation standards
• Familiarity with Viavi test data formats preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of fiber consumables, connectors, and test gear
• Verify and archive OTDR, power meter, and loss budget reports
• Create daily productivity logs and project dashboards
• Coordinate shipments and field materials
