About The Position

BAE is looking for an experienced Logistics Professional accountable to the Product Support Branch lead for all tasks assigned for Sentinel Product Support. Candidate will serve as an non-supervisory Acquisition Logistician and work with a highly skilled team providing mission-critical acquisition project management, reporting, and program integration functions on behalf of the Sentinel System Program Office. Candidate will serve as an acquisition logistics subject matter expert, key program advisor, and a focal point for the assessment and reporting of Sentinel program status, including technical performance, contract performance, enterprise integrated master schedule health, and risks, issues, and opportunities. Specifically, this Product Support team member will be responsible for working with Air Force stakeholders for the evaluation and integration of various integrated product support elements including Maintenance Planning and Management, Depot Maintenance, Support Equipment, and other Integrated Product Support element as required by the integrated product teams. Additionally, this role will identify specific Logistics processes, key stakeholders and schedule to support the programs cross functional activities and resulting product support package. Requirements

  • 7 yrs of progressive technical experience
  • Experience on an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I level program or similar
  • Demonstrated comfort and capabilities working under stressful conditions, aggressive schedules, variable workloads, and shifting priorities
  • Risk management experience; demonstrated management experience evaluating and mitigating risk at the program or enterprise level
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing program cost, schedule, and/or performance
  • Must have a current Secret security clearance or higher (adjudicated within the past 6 years) and be eligible to obtain and maintain all required Special Program accesses
  • Pursuant to Government contract, this position requires U.S. citizenship status.

  • Experience at a System Program Office (or higher-level staff) executing/overseeing program(s) in the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) or similar acquisition program phase
  • Understanding of integration across multiple areas of an ACAT I level program
  • Understanding of Control Account Management responsibilities

  • Exceptional customer engagement, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience creating presentation content for executive level meetings and conducting senior level meetings
  • ICBM weapon system and/or program support experience
